Shipping
All in stock items usually ship within 1 business day. Items that are
out of stock, and we manufacuter, can be ordered, and you will be notified when their manufacture is complete.
NOTE: When payment is check or money order,
items will not ship until payment is received, AND cleared through bank. Counterfeit checks or
money orders will be turned over to authorities.

You may choose from:
Unitied Parcel Service (UPS)
UPS 5-7 Day Delivery (travel time = 5-7 business days)
UPS 3 Day Select (travel time = 3 days)
UPS 2 Day Delivery (travel time = 2 business days, AK/HI 2-3 business days)
UPS Next Day Air Saver (travel time = 1 business day, delivery by 5:00pm)
UPS Next Day Air (travel time = 1 business day, delivery by 10:30pm)
United States Postal Service (USPS)
Express Mail (travel time = 1 day)
Priority Mail (travel time = 2-3 days)
Parcel Post (travel time = 3-7 days)
Important notes!
Your order's estimated time of arrival = travel time + processing time.
Order processing requires 1-2 full business days.
Travel Time does not include weekends and holidays.
I understand that UPS will now ship to PO Boxes, I have never done it, but if you want to, I will try it.
We only ship to the 50 US states at this time.
If you select Express Shipping Methods, your order will not necessarily arrive in one or two days respectively.
Returns
Any Dweller In The Lathe item may be returned for credit within 30 days of ordering, provided that the item is (A)
unused and in re-sellable condition, (B) found to be defective in either material or workmanship (subject to QA inspection),
or (C) not specifically restricted from return as stated below. Before returning any item,
email to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. We will not be able
to process your return and properly credit your account without a Return Authorization number. If the return is a result
of a manufacturer’s defect or an error by Dweller In The Lathe, we will gladly make arrangements for return at our expense.
Returns that are not the result of a manufacturer’s defect or error by Dweller In The Lathe must be returned at the customer’s
expense. C.O.D. returns will not be accepted. Include with your return a copy of your invoice or packing slip, along with the
Return Authorization number given to you by Dweller In The Lathe. All merchandise must be returned in its original packaging.
Responsibility: Dweller In The Lathe shall not be responsible for any loss of business, downtime, goodwill, late delivery, or
any other commitment incurred by the customer that may be related to the purchase, use, repair, or return of any Dweller In The Lathe
product without prior written authorization.
